My name is Claire Diamond.
I am a Rosen Method Bodywork Intern and I have a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Somatics from the California Institute of Integral Studies (2010).
I have had a somatic psychotherapy practice in Vermont since 2016 and I have been studying Rosen Method Bodywork and bringing touch into my practice since 2021.
The healing arts have always been my passion and I feel the desire to practice them as a calling.
In longing to heal my own complex web of chronic illness and personal and collective trauma, I’ve found that for me, the emotional and physical wounds are linked. And this means that their healing is also linked. This led me to study somatics and Rosen Method Bodywork in particular.
I have found that the key for me is in growing my capacity to be IN my body. And I want to share those lessons—experientially—with you.
My intention is to provide compassionate witness, to aid you in growing embodied self awareness, and to support you in deeply knowing and caring for yourself.
My style is warm and collaborative.
My practice is grounded in a commitment to social and ecological justice, and I love working with people of all genders.
This is sacred work and I’m glad you are here.
