Gratitude for my teachers

I am grateful to so many teachers and mentors who have guided me along the way. Ivy Green, Julia Wittich, and Heather Brown have held me through the process of becoming a Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner. Dr. Lindsay Jernigan was my supervisor and mentor in my somatic psychotherapy practice from 2016-2024. She guided me toward mastery of relational psychotherapy. Steuart Gold, from the somatics program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, shaped my formative work.

I was introduced to the field of somatics and to Rosen Method Bodywork in 2005 by a dear friend, India Harville—a somatic practitioner, dancer, and disability justice advocate. I’ve been prolific in my studies of the healing arts, so there are so many additional people that I thank for helping me get to where I am today. And to the teachers who taught them and to all their lineages, I say thank you.
